Gene is one of the founding partners of A&E Testing and is well respected in the Rochester area for his knowledge in both welding and non-destructive testing.  After many years of managing the daily operations, he now enjoys being semi-retired and serves as the Level III Examiner and technical consultant to many of our long time customers.  Gene works a limited schedule in the office, but he is always available to us as a resource while outside the office.  

Lauren has been with Shawndra Products since the fall of 2005. She has held a variety of positions in the company, including Drafter, Mechanical Designer, and Quality Control Manager. Currently she serves as the weld shop manager for Shawndra Products and oversees the day to day operation of A&E Testing. Her experience and versatility have made her a valuable asset to the team.

Dave has been a valuable asset to Shawndra for many years, and he is now utilizing his attention to detail as a Level II Technician in RT/PT/MT.  Most recently he received the Level I designation in Ultrasonic Testing and is daily using those new skills while gaining the hours needed to achieve a Level II.  Dave performs most of our destructive testing for welder/procedure qualitifications and is learning the requirements of several welding codes.

Kenny is another long term Shawndra employee that transferred to A&E and quickly proved to be a great technician because of his work ethic.  He has Level II certifications in RT/PT/MT and will continue to gain knowledge in all areas of destructive and non-destructive testing, while also functioning as our weld shop quality control inspector.
